Who runs this website

The data controller is Kamil Olejnik. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

If you accept analytics, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). These tools help us measure website traffic and understand which features are being used.

We never sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing profiling.

Legal basis

Analytics data is processed only on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the "Manage cookies" link available in the website footer. Withdrawing consent has the same effect as refusing it from the start.

Cookies and localStorage

This website uses cookies and localStorage.

If you accept analytics, the following may be stored:

  • _ga and _ga_<container> — Google Analytics cookies used to recognize visits and analyze traffic (stored for up to 2 years).

Regardless of consent, we store data necessary for the website to function:

  • dartmeter.consent.v1 (localStorage) — stores your consent choice;
  • dartmeter.prefs.v1 (localStorage) — remembers your last player names and game preferences locally on your device. This data is never sent to our servers;
  • dartmeter.current.v1 and dartmeter.history.v1 (localStorage) — store your game state and play history locally on your device. This data is never sent to our servers.

Data recipients

Data may be shared with analytics service providers, in particular Google.

Because we use Google Analytics, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States. Google uses Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics, up to a maximum of 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • correct your data,
  • request deletion of your data,
  • restrict processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

For users in Poland, the supervisory authority is the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO): uodo.gov.pl.
